Protection of the donor site
9. After applying a thin layer of fibrin glue on the donor site, an amniotic membrane is grafted. Tissucol is prepared with thrombin at a concentration of 4 I.U./ml

14. Protection of the donor site of a free graft by means of the grafting of amniotic membrane with Tissucol prepared with thrombin at a concentration of 4 I.U./ml and aprotinina diluted by 50% with water.
15. The amniotic membrane just grafted with Tissucol after 48 hours.
16. Appearance of the tissues after 48 hours.
17-18. Appearance of tissues after 12 days and after three months.
19. Protection of the donor site with only fibrin glue prepared with thrombin at 500 I.U./ml
